Help for SET ENTRYMSG:

SET ENTRYMSG allows you to change or set
a message sent to all users joining the
channel. Specify a <message> of NONE to
clear the message.

Syntax: SET <#channel> ENTRYMSG <message>

Example:
    /msg ChanServ SET #support ENTRYMSG Welcome to #support. Please do not paste more than 5 lines.
