Help for ChanServ - KICKBAN

Help for KICKBAN:

The KICKBAN command allows for the removal of a user from
a channel while placing a ban on the user.

Any matching ban exceptions will be removed.

Syntax: KICKBAN <#channel> <nick> [reason]

Examples:
    /msg ChanServ KICKBAN #foo abuser
    /msg ChanServ KICKBAN #foo abuser go away
